is a complete sentence. It contains the main subject and verb of a sentence. ( it is also called a main clause )

clause : is not complete sentence. It must be connected to an
independent clause.

Adjective
clause : is a dependent clause that modifies a noun. It describes,
identifies, or gives further information about a noun. ( An adjective clause is
also called a relative clause ).
An adjective clause also called an adjectival or relative clause will meet three requirements:

begin with a relative pronoun [who, whom, whose, that, or which] or arelative adverb [when, where, or why].

will function as an adjective, answering the
questions What
kind? How many? orWhich one?.
